Returns Policy
- We offer a one-time return policy for all eligible products.
- Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Customers are required to self-ship the returned products. Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

- Refunds can be requested within 3 days of delivery of your order.
- If you placed your order as a guest, you must register using the same email address to request a refund.

Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.
- Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days.
